Hi,i'm looking a 3room Hdb resale for my friend.He have 70K CPF,10K to 13K Cash.Can he buy a low cash HDB flat?Pls advice

Hi leng leng,

may i know your friend is taking HDB loan or Bank loan?

I would suggest your friend to get his HDB Loan Eligibility(HLE) done first to see how much he can loan.
From there, we can narrow down the search on the house base on his comfortable price.
