I bought a HDB flat in open market in 2009 from Private bank loan. I occupied the house for 7months (MOP). After that I relocated overseas and my PR expires in next 3months. Since my MOP is less than one year will HDB allow me to sell my flat in open market? Are there any chances that HDB allow me to sell it evenought MOP is not met and PR expires. Appreciate & thanks in advance for your response.

Morning Kumar,

Did you apply through HDB, for the unit rental, during your period of overseas attachment? It might be easier to check with HDB office, on the current MOP status of your unit.
