Hi, I am in the process of selling my condo in West Coast (860k) I plan to rent a terrace house for about 1 year before buying a HDB or condo to live in. The reason for renting is because I believe property prices will somehow soften in the next 6 months or so. Please correct me if I am wrong.
With the proceeds from the sales of my condo (about 300k CPF, 250k cash), I plan to buy a studio apartment (under 500k)for investment using my CPF and use the remaining 250k cash, to buy a commercial property (about 350k) also for rental.
Please advice if my budgets are realistic and reccommend suitable places and expected rental income per month.
