Hi. I am interested in buying a 3 + 1 unit at the Guilin View Condo. I have a couple of questions:
1)How much cash on hand should i have to be able to purchase, that is other than the CPF? My husband and i are both PR for 6 years now, but he is the sole breadwinner and his monthly income is $23,000.
2)Is it better to buy property this time of year of do we wait till December?
3)If and when a condo unit is priced at 700K, we will be able to negotiate to get it at 600k?
