Hi, I am interested in purchasing a resale 4-room in Marine Terrace. Preferrably above 6th floor and door-to-door unit. Willing to pay betwwen $380K to $400K. Cov between $15K to $30K. Please kindly email me.

Afternoon Alice,

The current valuation for 3 room flat in Marine Terrace is around $360k tp $390k, with COV asking of around $35k to $45k.
Your budget would be good for 3 room flat but for 4 room flat, it's kinda out of reach.
