Hi, I am interested to buy a three bedroom condo in west. I have only 50k in hands. Can i have 90% loan so that i can use my in hand cash as cash down. I would prefer to buy the unit near Jurong.

Hi Sunil Pahuja,

Max Bank Loan for private property is 80% and sometime even lower based on credit level of buyer. You need at least 5% Cash and the rest of 15% can be either CPF or CPF+Cash. You may want to consider smaller 2rms units instead.

    Can i get a 3 bed room house in parkview apartments in 475K or can i get a 3 bed room apartment in Parc Vista in 520k.
