I suppose after over 15 years soaking in the landed homes segment of real estate business, it is not as easy to be able to find a landed home by just listing down the requirements.

Many a times, buyers have to compromise on certain requirements or factors, as the supply of landed homes in the resale market is extremely low.

The districts which you have listed down for consideration. there are about 5 districts that do not have any landed homes for considerations. Many buyers I have met or encountered during the past 15 years, I actually met them when they were house hunting through driving around the estates to explore the location physically, with many of them even walking the streets to access foot paths leading to amenities that cars cannot access.
