Hi, I am looking to buy a condo for stay. however, we will be moving to my in law place and rent out this condo in a year's time. Hence, can i change my IC address to my in law's now instead of1 year times so that I do nt need to do it 2nd time? what other legal/admin implication do i hv to consider now?
