Hi I am new agt where I recently encountered a tenant of mine decided to rent a unit where is only cobroked.

How do we split our commission ? As the centre co-broke agt claimed that we have to split the comm 50/50. Is this correct & can I treat this a transaction for myself ?

The stupid agt even pass his namecard to my tenant, this agt is not professional at all where can lodge a complain ?
