Hi, I am seriously considering getting One Ambre 1 bedder.
For investment & rental purpose. Budget at 700k.

Can anyone please advise me on the property tax, rental yield ?

Wondering would it be tough to rent out as there are so many similar private 1 bedder ard east Coast area as well?

HI Yu Yan,

As this is your investment property, you will be taxed at 10% of the annual value of the property. The annual value is computed by IRAS and will be sent to you annually.

Studios are rarely available in new condos in the East Coast and since the quantum of your investment is lower, you should generally be getting a higher yield than say, a property worth $2 million.
