Hi,
I have a five bedroom hdb unit in Jurong west. I am locking up one bedroom which I will use once in a while to stay while in Singapore. Rest to be rented. Could be singles, couples etc. Right next to Pioneer MRT. Anyone got readily available tenants? What would the rent range be? Get in touch with me.

Also, if you are planning to go back into your lock room, then renting out the whole flat is not possible as the tenant would not allow/ agree that the landlord return to the flat as and when they like during the lease period.

    Yes, all requirements fulfilled. So yes rest of two rooms. I will be staying maybe a week or two six months apart when I am in Singapore in the locked room.

For your situation you may consider to rent out the house as room rental, some small family dun mind for owner to go back sometime but rental compare t whole unit to rent will lower. Please give me a ring for discuss more.
