Hi, I have a girlfriend who is a foreigner and I'm a Singaporean. She has property under her name in her home country. If we get married and purchase a HDB via foreign spouse scheme, does she have to sell her property in her country?

Hi Mark, yes your gf (wife-to-be) will have to sell her property away.

Extracted from HDB website:
"you, your spouse and any occupiers listed in the resale application must dispose of any interest in any private residential property within 6 months from the completion of the purchase of the resale flat."
