Hi, I have asked my friend who is an agent to help me to look for a landed property in the east, but some agents appear to be unwilling to cobroke and keep avoiding his calls or not replying to my agent's sms request for viewing, can I complain to CEA?

Dear Francis,

If you have evidence that the listing agents are flouting the rules, go ahead and report this wrongdoing. My question is how sure are you that these agents are avoiding your friend's calls or not replying to his SMS request for viewing?

I have been dealing with landed properties in the east for sometime and perhaps I maybe able to help you. If you are comfortable with my assistance, you may let me know what your requirements are.
