Hi, I have been looking at properties in Dist 15. I would like to seek some of your expertise advice.
I have been advised NOT to consider boutique projects (small apt status) ard Telok Kurau area as there are too many of them and the capital appreciation will be difficult. Instead I have been advised to consider big projects. i.e. ESTA/One Amber etc.. do you think this is sound advice? I like a couple of the Penthouses in the boutique projects but just need some expert advice. Thks.
