1) This IC collection slip is not an official document but merely a notice. Thus cannot be used as a legal document to prove your residence status for any conveyance process.

2) You can only offer an OTP (Option-To-Purchase) one day after you collected your passport. This is the final legal residence document you will collect after all the conversion processes.
