Hi, I have recently made an offer which was accepted by seller. Seller issued me an OTP signed without the signature of a witness. I cancelled my cheque after I realised that the OTP was incomplete. Am I liable to pay the option fee?

Evening Dolly, I'm sure you can contact your seller, seller's agent or your agent accordingly and work things out as per requirement from HDB. Regards Mike Lim 96929209  m52i@yahoo.com ERA Read More
