Hi I have rented 2 bedroom fully furnished apt at bayshore park for 1 year lease (May08 to May09) but I have to relocate to India in the month of Jan 09. Please let me know what is the procedure to break the lease before one year.

Hi Mayank Bhatnagar,
If you are a foreigner, you will have a diplomatically clause in your Tenancy Agreement on the termination of lease due to relocation.
I am not too sure you have this clause established in your Tenancy agreement.
