Can I buy a HDB flats with the letter of declaration? I mean recognition from hdb authorities. Thanks

Hi James, as long as you can proved that you have transfer your property asset to your parents, you are eligible to buy either a BTO or resale HDB as a citizen. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.

Evening James,

Within Singapore context, as long as you can provide legal documents indicating that you have transferred the ownership of the property to your parents and no longer holding onto any other residential property in hand, you are eligible to purchase HDB unit under single scheme.
