Hi,
1) You won't be classified as a citizen yet by receiving this AIP.
2) You still need to renounce your current citizenship and solemnize before being classified as a Singapore citizen.
3) Therefore it is important that you don't offer an OTP right now. You will be still subject to the SPR ABSD rate by doing so.
4) You can only offer an OTP only after you collected the pink ID so as to enjoy all the privileges.
