Hi, I & my wife am interested to buy a 3 bedroom condo at Gambier Court, we really like the location and the balinese style decor.

Currently the asking price is 1.18M. Our combined income is 220k a yr, can we secure a 85% loan for such a property if my wife has just started working?

Is there a similarly or lower priced/located property that has a charming feel such as Gambier court that you can recommend?

Any answers are greatly appreciated.
