Hi, I need some advice as to how much the HDB 4 room loft unit at Sky Terrace at Dawson can fetch after MOP in year 2020? Since it is the nearest HDB to Orchard/ Tanglin and Duxton is already selling bwt 850 - 950K. Just want to have a gauge before i commit more investment to the renovation. Thank you

Hi Mr Tan, regarding your question I think no one could give you a definite selling price in the near future. But you may be right to say the guide price for your unit could be about the same as what Pinnacle is transacting currently.

Based on the recent transactions in Commonwealth Dr and Boon Tiong Rd, your 4RM HDB loft unit should be able to fetch around the $1m mark, depending on your level.

I focus in Queenstown & Bukit Merah Estates, and have personally transacted 3 units of HDB flats above $1m over the past 1 year, with several others in the $900k+ range.
