Hi!I really need help! I am a Korean and need to get out of my rented condo in serangoon.
I rented a condo for 6months with 2months of guarantee (too much for 6months isn't it?)and made a proviaional contract through my cousin 'cause I was not in Singapore.The problem is that the condo is rented to a person for 2years and in2 years it was rented to 2 another persons.who was looking for short terms like me(6months)I'm the third person.It is all illegal,isn't it?I think landlord doesn't know it.Can I break the agreement?
