Hi,

Yes the HFE letter is valid for 9 months, which means it will overlap the July and possibly the 4th Quarter BTO launch as well, and you can look at the locations available before deciding on whether you should go for resale.

If you are a 2nd-timer, chances of getting another subsidized flat such as BTO may be slim though, as the supply allocation for 2nd timer is limited. A resale levy is also applicable if its your 2nd subsidized flat application.
