Hi. I understand the properties in this estate siglap hill 33 are not currently for sale. But just in case any one of them become available for buying in future, I would like to check something with you first.
Both my husband and I are Singapore PR. And in propertyguru siglap Hill 33 is stated as detached house. Are we allowed to buy it? If not, is there anyway we can circumvent the buying problem?

SPRs are not allowed to purchase Siglap Hill 33, unless they have obtained prior approval from SLA's Land Dealing Approval Unit to purchase this property. Primarily, all landed properties are restricted for non-Singapore Citizens to purchase, except for those on Sentosa island, but will also require a primary approval for foreigners to purchase. You have to obtain LDAU approval from SLA to be eligible to purchase a landed unless you are open to those in Sentosa or landed in approved condos.
