Hi, I wish to cut short my TA of 2 years which is due in Aug 2012. I have given my tenant a one month notice with effect from Feb 2012. In the TA there is no clause stated that I have to give one month notice or I don't have the right to cut short the TA. If the tenant refuse to evacuate the house in one month time and wish to stay till Aug, do I have the right to take the necessary actions so as to have them out. I don't mean to go by the hard way but notice have been given to the tenant. Please advise if I have the right to do so as this is really an urgent issue. Thank You.
