Dear aspiring realtor,

I highly understand your position as I have also started off in this industry with family commitments.

You are right that your commission scheme will be greatly affected when you put yourself on such a scheme and not only that, there will definitely be specific targets to meet when you are placed on such schemes.

Are you currently on employment? Other than turning full time immediately, you may also explore to come into this industry on a part time basis, plan out your time accordingly and stick to it as much as possible. Get yourself a partner whom you can work with closely to cover one another such that opportunities are not missed. I am working closely with 1 of my associate who has to handle his full time employment while also juggling with part time studies. As long as your drive to excel in this industry is there and you stay positive, your path to excel in this industry will come.
