hi, i would like to buy 4s at near woodlands mrt. cov approx how much and if i buy after 5 years price will go up?because lot of new homes up coming!!!

Evening Raja,

The current estimate COV asking for 4S unit in Woodlands is around $20k to $35k. Ask for how much appreciation you can expect in 5 years time, I doubt anyone will be able to give you an answer.
If you are looking at investment on HDB unit, it will take longer term from about 6 to 8 years to see good returns.
