Hi I would like to buy a free hold condo (min. 3 bedrooms and floor area of 1200 sqft) in the East Coast Area preferably around Marine Parade/Telok Kurau/Katong area. What would be a good gauge of cash/CPF in hand for the initial payment? Assuming if I take a full loan for the remaining payment, what would be the approx. monthly payments like? The family has a combined income of $12000+ per month.
