Hi, to me that is not an issue. I always believe that it is a number game. That the more prospective buyers that come and view my unit, then the higher chance that I would seal the deal soonest. But of course the unit condition and price must be right.

There are a series of questions that I ask to determine how "ready" the prospects are. While they answer, I google their phone no to check if they are agent. No foolproof, but at least 1st level of filtering.

The series of questions are provided to my agents so that they watse less time and focus on prospects more ready to commit into a deal.

Ask your manager, I am sure he/she has some filtering questions to offer to you.
