i am a owner of a EC . how do i check if it is meet the minimum period to sell to foreigner ?

Evening Mr. Koon,

Foreigners are only eligible to purchase EC upon reach 10 years of age. As for the unit's age, you can check it out on your MyHDBpage.

You may wish to contact HDB svc line at 1800 866 3066, and your question will be answered the moment you give them the name of the EC that you are staying at.

Hi Mr Koon

For EC, you can only sell to foreigners after 10 years. However, you can sell to PR after 5 years.

In order to check the minimum occupation period, it's best to confirm with HDB.
