Is it a good time to buy a 1-bedder unit now ? How much psf should i be looking at ? How much quantum will an average 1 bedder fetch ? What will be the property outlook in 5 yrs when it TOP, will I get a profit if I sell it ?

Hi Mark, there is no good time or bad time to buy a property. It will depend on your needs, direction and plan during investment. Generally 1-BR the psf will be high. New launch usually 1400psf or $1500psf, some even higher at $1800psf. Nobody can tell where the property market will be heading in the future.
