HI.

if i apply for a HLE to buy a resale 5 room.

if i get my hle approved and i changed my mind to go for BTO, can i use the same HLE?!

Morning Kea,

HLE for resale and sale are calculated differently. Hence you will be required to do another HLE, under sales, instead of resale.
