Hi, I'm 32 n have a private property under my name, my fiancé is 33 n has already used up 2 HDB application chances. Our income cap exceeds $12k. Question: If we intend to buy a resale HUDC or HDB EA, are we eligible ? Thank you.

Evening,

As at the current moment, most of the HUDC have being privatized. Hence you will not have any issues buying it as your second property though ABSD is applicable.
For resale EA which is classified as HDB property, you are required to sell away your private property within 6 months from key collection. You can get mortgage loan from banks to facilitate the purchase.
