Hi,

I'm a hdb owner currently renting out whole unit to a tenant. The tenant wanted to terminate the contract earlier(5 mths). He is leaving soon( Early Dec'09) back to his country. What shall i do to ensure that he will make the full compensation and without damaging my furniture? My current agent is not doing anything but suggested to look for a replacement tenant instead of helping me to fight for the compensation which stated in the contract.

Thanks..

Hi,

I would like to check with you, Didi you collect one month deposit before the tenant moves in? If so just deduct it from there.
