Hi, I'm currently an owner together with my parents and bro in a 4 room hdb flat. Is it possible for me to buy a house together with my future husband as an occupier? Or can he move into my current flat and become a co-owner?

Hi Ms,

In order to purchase another HDB flat together with your future Husband, you will need to withdraw your name from your current HDB flat.

If he is Single (before you marry) and above 35 years old and is a Singaporean, he could also purchase his own HDB under Single Scheme.

He could also be added in as a co-owner of your current HDB flat after you get married.

I am experienced and well-versed in both HDB and private transactions. I will be able to assist you in your property plans.

Should you need require further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you in the current market.

Thank you.
