Hi, i've an Expat client require viewing on this coming 10th & 11th April. Profile - Peruvian couple with two young kids, 1 and 5 year old, no pets, budget around $12k, 2 years corporate lease. Looking for an unfurnished landed house with garden size of minimum 3m x 5m, 5 bedrooms, 1 maid's room and a large kitchen as they have 2 big dining tables. Must be close to the Singapore American School as their child will be studying there.
3m x 5m. No old or run-down houses please. Must be modern or newly renovated with minimum 2 car parking lots. Please leave a reply here and i'll get back to you a.s.a.p! Thanks!
