Hi i'm looking for an Apartment for investment at Cote D'Azur. But i'm kinda particular with the blks, so far i have viewed quite a few units at cote d'azur but i still prefer the stalks at certain blks. Would you have any at; Blk 60 Stack 2 Or 3, Blk 62 Stack 6 Or 7 ,Blk 70 Stack 26 Or 27. Please do let me know, as i will be keen to view them. I Do not mind if its mid floor n above. Looking at least 2 Bedroom. 3 will be good, as i'm seeking more for investment. It will be good if you would have pictures of the units to show me as well. Please as well advise the price range which differ from 2Bedroom to 3Bedrooms. As well do advice any relevants information that i should factor in for consideration in getting an unit at d'azur. Thanks =)

Dear Celine,

You can't be wrong about Cote D'Azur being a great investment property.

The presence of Parkway Parade RIGHT beside the condominium makes it very attractive for tenants. You may charge a premium compared to surrounding condominiums that are not as convenient.

The future MRT line nearby will tremendously increase the values of your investment in Cote D'Azur.

Also the fact that it's not too far from the city centre & CBD enables you to target professionals & expats.

Blk 60 Stack 2 Or 3, Blk 62 Stack 6 Or 7 ,Blk 70 Stack 26 Or 27 are really in high-demand and low-supply, as I have previously assisted a client in buying a unit in Blk 62 Stack 7.

I will keep a look-out for you for those Stacks you mentioned.
