Hi, in 2019 I found one whole unit from property guru website and it was asked me to pay agent commision fees for 1 yr lease. I paid that, however the same house is continued and I am paying commision since last 3 times renewal contract. This year is also asked me to pay. May I know is this right to pay every year , now rental price has increased so commission is also more. Kindly advice. Thanks

You may negotiate with the agent on the commission. Remember that if you were to go and look for another apartment, agent fees can be applicable too and it is likely to add on inconvenience to you for having to shift. Read More
