I am looking for a short term room/studio rental within 1km of St Margaret's Primary School (SMPS Wilkie road campus) for the purposes of registration of Pri 1 admission. Condo, apartment or HDB etc is ok as my small family of 3 will not stay there as the actual major move will be from Dec 2021 onwards. We just need the address to be able to register within 1km from SMPS.
From End June to end November 2021, it will be just a holding address for 4-5 months. No offences committed here as we will definitely move to within 1km of SMPS before school term starts 2022. From June/July to November we will be slowly moving stuff out of current place in preparation of the "actual" move in December 2021.
Anyone (or agent) who has a spare room in their apartment who does not mind "renting" to me for just 4-5 months (or less) from end June to End November, please message me to discuss.
