Hi Ive completed my RES training and am Holdn a cert.. However I'm yet to clear my RES exam. I cudnt appear IMME for exam after the training coz Itz seats were full for the exam. Then I did make attempt and cudnt clear. The issue was I didn't go thru the notes well coz I just didn't know where to start and end after the gap.. Is der anyone who can help me?? Fiona.

Suggest to go through the notes again and attend any revision classes provided by your training provider, and clarify any doubts you have because the exam tests your understanding.

Hi Fiona,

It is really a sad fact that it is getting more and more difficult to become a RES due to some of the changes that CEA made.

What help do you actually need? All my agents, including my wife, went through the test only once and they all cleared it. Maybe we can meet up for a non obligatory chat and we can see how we can work together?
