We have received our court order related witj hdb division.
1.I have the right to buy-over my ex share of flat within 3 months from FJ
2. If I decided not to buy over, we have to sell it at open market within 6 months from FJ
My lawyer wrote to my ex, my intention to buy over. Our HDB is still within MOP. HDB requires consent from both parties to appeal for resale part share. My ex doesn’t want to consent for me to buy over. I will not consent to sell the flat either.
Anyone know what will HDB take action in the event we doesn’t comply with either 1 or 2 of court order?
Will HDB ask me to take over eventually and follow the percentages on court order?
In the event we have to surrender the flat, will it be refunded based on % from court or contribution?
