Hi, I've got a property in Florida that's currently tenanted till 15/10/2008, and I've the intention to continue renting since my wife and I are usually abroad. Is it advisable to rent for 2 years?? Currently the rental is @1.9psf which is relatively lower compared to the market of 2.3, any agent who is keen or able to provide better option, pls drop me a mail or call me @97575288.
