Hi may i ask if foreigner holding spass allowed to be a RES?

Hi Mr EE,
This is a question suppose to post to ICA rather than over here.
You need to have certain education level (Diploma and higher) and pay scale in order to be successful in your application.
Thus there are higher chance for EP holder to successfully apply for residence than Spass holder.
You also need to be in a senior position in the company rather than a worker, showing that you are creating more work opportunities and profit for the company.
Do note the above are just suggestion, and does not guarantee a successful application.
