Hi, may i know how does ERA overriding commission works for team managers & leaders? I understand that agents keep 70-90% of commissions depending on their seniority/cumulative commissions. But may i know what is the percentage overriding commissions do team managers & leaders from ERA get from agents in the different tiers? Thanks!
