Hi

May I know whether we can still consider these units at D12 (Ritz Mansions, Scenic Heights, AVA Tower). These projects especially AVA Tower is quite old. I am afraid that after buying the project will enbloc in a few years and I cant make a profit in such a short period.

Perhaps you can share more on your preferences , objectives from investments as well as finances on hand so that I can chart out a financial plan to advise which other projects you could consider with a good rental yield for your perusal. I will provide you with recent sales and rental transaction report and caveat for your understanding as well. Purchase of private property does not make you liable for any fees, hence you are walked through this process step by step , having your welfare and interest maxumised no cost.
