Hi, my hubby is sc working abroad and myself foreigner applying for PR. We are planning to move back to sg with our 2 kids end 2013/q1 2014. We are eyeing on properties in east coast which is close to good primary school. Hubby got minimum CPF since he did not work for long in sg. Our disposable cash on hand is ard 200K. What options do we have? With such timeline (plus renovation) when is the latest time to secure a spot?
