Question is do you need to upgrade to a condo or you would like to live in a condo? I am quietly confident that even if you decide to sell slightly below valuation to attract buyers, you would still be likely to make a positive sale therefore the considerations are whether if selling at a slightly lower price now in comparison to a few months earlier will affect your finances to purchase a condo right now. I wouldn't dare say it is entirely a buyers' market right now as buyers will usually want to settle for their best option therefore if your unit is the best choice for the buyer, you still stand in a good position to hold off a better price in comparison to your competing units. In fact, during this period of time, the appointment of right salesperson is crucial in securing the right offer.
