Hi Team
I bought a property in Singapore and agent was representing both buyer and seller and created a problem as conflict of interest

I complained about it to company's legal dept but it's more than 3 month they are not resolving this after several follow up and provided enough proof against agent

It's making more frustrating that agent is like that but agency also has no ethics

Kindly advise what best can be done here

Hi, have you also contacted CEA since you mentioned that you have gather enough proof against the agent?

Dear sir/madam,

In case of dual representations, you should direct your complain to CEA instead of the agency involved. Did you actually pay the salesperson who conducted the sale in this case while the seller also pay this salesperson?

    No I didn't pay the agent commission but had lots of difficulty in transaction - need to go thru lawyer for small small matters. Agent didn't assist anywhere
