Hi,
The Tenancy Agreement with my current tenant is expiring. This tenant has been renting the unit with me for 2 years and has been renting the unit and not sure how long they have been renting with the previous owner. The tenant wants to renew the agreement for 1 year. Will it be enough if we both sign the agreement or should I get the agreement registered and all? Please provide some guidance

To avoid any unforeseen disputes to be debatable, it is highly encourage that there is proper agreement signed and stamped such that in the event that there is any disputes arising during the renewed period of 1 year, things can be sorted out properly and through the legal channels where necessary. You do not need any agents if you are competent in the entire process.
