Hi There,
I am thinking of buying a Condo next year, I want to know if I decide to buy existing property, am I required to pay extra to the owner upon the price/valuation of the property ?. I understand buyers pay something extra.
I would appreciate if someone can guide me on this matter.

Dear Santosh,

If the owner wants to sell his/her property at above valuation price, you'll need to pay the difference in cash if you want to buy this particular property, plus the 20% of valuation price price in cash too if the bank only loan you 80% of valuation price. Please feel free to contact me at HP: 9436 1098  for further discussion. Thanks. Warm Regards, Angeline. Read More
